COOKING COURSES - TUSCAN CUISINE
La Paggeria Bed and Breakfast offers exclusively to its guests cooking courses specialized in typical Tuscan recipes. The course is designed for complete involvement and starts with choosing the menu that will be prepared. They then will go together to the local markets and to local farms to buy ingredients. It's a lovely way to start the day browsing the fresh produce in the markets, and not all hard work as they'll also take a break to sample some of the produce.

Beautiful old footpaths that follow the old Apennines trails made by travellers in the 8th Century such as Gothe, Via Degli Dei, or from Bologna to Florence. Trace their journeys through this beautiful old countryside passing Medici Villas and Castles.
